Formatting: All digital artwork provided to Brigeport Publishing must be MAC formatted and must be supplied to us in any of the following file formats along with a match proof: TIFF, JPEG, PDF, EPS, Adobe InDesign CS, Photoshop CS or Illustrator CS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MICROSOFT DOCUMENTS. Please include fonts! All artwork must be at least 300dpi (dots per inch) at the size it will appear. Logos/Line art should be scanned at 1000dpi.

Film & Proper Submission: We do not accept 4-color separations any longer, all artwork must be supplied digitally on a CD or emailed to us. If you are emailing artwork, make sure it is no larger than 10MB (mega-bytes) in size. To keep file size down, send JPEGs vs. TIFFs. Contact your sales representative for proper email address.

Ad Sizes (Width x Height in inches):
- 1/4 page: 3.625" x 4.75"
- 1/2 page horizontal: 7.5" x 4.75"
- 1/2 page vertical: 3.625" x 10"
- Full page (no bleed): 7.5" x 10" - Ad will be centered on an 8.5" x 11" page
- Full page (includes bleed): 8.75" x 11.25" - Final page will be trimmed to 8.5" x 11"
